All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by NovaLink Partners remain the property of NovaLink Partners. Partners may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials for any purpose other than their assigned partnership duties.

5. Confidentiality

Partners are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, client data, and internal processes. This obligation continues even after the termination of the partnership.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership agreement with appropriate notice. NovaLink Partners reserves the right to terminate partnerships immediately in cases of breach of terms, misconduct, or failure to meet performance standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

NovaLink Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or partnership arrangement.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Partners will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
